Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Valyx Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Wehem (the "App").
We designed Wehem to minimize the amount of personal information we collect.
1. Reminder Data
Wehem allows you to create and manage reminders, schedules, recurrence rules, dates, times, and related settings. Your reminder content is stored locally on your device. We do not send the content of your reminders to PostHog or RevenueCat, and we do not use your reminder content for analytics, advertising, or marketing.
2. Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how Wehem is used and to improve the App. PostHog may process limited analytics information relating to your interaction with the App, such as: app sessions and launches; onboarding progress and completion; paywall views and interactions; feature and screen interactions we choose to measure; retention and general usage patterns; app version; device and operating system information; language or locale; and anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers used for analytics.
We use this information to understand onboarding performance, measure retention, understand how users interact with the App, evaluate subscription funnels, and improve Wehem. The text or content of your reminders is not included in our PostHog analytics events. We do not use PostHog data for third-party advertising or to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. This data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, typically no more than 24 months.
3. Subscriptions and RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and determine whether you have access to paid features. RevenueCat may process information necessary to provide subscription functionality, including: purchase and subscription information (including Purchase History); App Store transaction and receipt information; subscription status; technical information about the App and device; and an anonymous or pseudonymous identifier associated with the App user.
This information is used to validate purchases, manage subscription entitlements, restore purchases, and maintain subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card or bank account information.
4. How We Use Information
Information collected through PostHog and RevenueCat is used to: provide and manage Wehem's subscription features; verify purchases and subscription status; understand onboarding and subscription conversion; measure retention and general App usage; understand how features are used; improve Wehem and its user experience; and maintain and improve the reliability of the App.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising. We do not use your information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers: PostHog (product analytics) and RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management). These providers may process the information described in this Privacy Policy on our behalf. We require service providers that process information on our behalf to handle it with protections consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Their handling of information is also governed by their own respective privacy practices.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Reminder data stored locally remains on your device until you delete the reminder, remove the App's data, or uninstall the App, subject to your device and backup settings. Analytics and subscription information processed through our service providers may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide their services, maintain subscription records, perform analytics, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate operational requirements. Because some analytics information may be anonymous or pseudonymous, we may not always be able to associate particular analytics records with an individual user.
7. Your Choices
You can delete individual reminders from within Wehem. You can remove locally stored Wehem data by deleting the App from your device, subject to your device's operating system and any backups you maintain. You can manage or cancel your App Store subscription through your Apple Account's subscription settings. You may contact us regarding privacy questions, consent, or requests relating to personal information we control.
8. Tracking and Advertising
Wehem does not contain third-party advertising. We do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use information collected through Wehem to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
9. Children's Privacy
Wehem is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. International Data Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers and processing of personal information.
11. Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through Wehem. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Wehem, our service providers, our practices, or applicable requirements. When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date above.
