Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Wehem (the "App"), provided by Valyx Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Wehem, you agree to these Terms.
1. Wehem
Wehem is a productivity application that allows you to create, schedule, and manage reminders and recurring reminder rules. You are responsible for reviewing your reminders and schedules and ensuring they are configured appropriately for your needs.
2. License
Your use of Wehem is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wehem for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where applicable law expressly permits.
3. Subscriptions
Wehem offers two subscription plans:
- Weekly: $7.99, billed weekly
- Yearly: $49.99, billed annually
No free trial is offered.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account's subscription settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Wehem). Deleting Wehem does not automatically cancel your subscription. Purchases and refund requests made through Apple's App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and refund policies.
4. Reminder and Notification Reliability
Wehem is designed to help you create and receive reminders. However, we cannot guarantee that every reminder or notification will be delivered at a particular time or at all. Notification delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including device settings, notification permissions, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, Silent Mode, operating-system behavior, device availability, software errors, or changes to iOS.
You remain responsible for your tasks, appointments, deadlines, payments, medication schedules, and other obligations regardless of whether a Wehem notification is delivered. Wehem should not be used as the sole reminder system for emergencies, medical treatment, safety-critical activities, or other situations where failure to receive a notification could result in serious harm or loss.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use Wehem for unlawful purposes; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App; attempt to bypass subscription or access restrictions; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems associated with the App; or use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
Wehem, including its software, design, branding, graphics, interfaces, and other original content, is owned by Valyx Digital LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Wehem or its intellectual property to you.
7. Third-Party Services
Wehem uses third-party services to provide certain functionality, including PostHog for product analytics, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Apple for App Store purchases and related platform services. Use of these services may also be subject to their own applicable terms and policies. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Wehem
We may modify, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Wehem from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wehem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Wehem will always be uninterrupted, error-free, available, or capable of delivering every reminder or notification. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valyx Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Wehem, including losses resulting from missed, delayed, or incorrectly scheduled reminders or notifications. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
12. Apple App Store
If you downloaded Wehem through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and license agreement. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of Wehem. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms applicable to you, those mandatory terms will control to the extent of the conflict.
13. Privacy
Your use of Wehem is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
